J&P Signs and Safety is now offering a new and improved bollard system for temporary access needs. Meet the Collapsible Bollard. Designed to be the perfect solution for temporary vehicle access areas, including emergency vehicle access, truck stop parking lots, pedestrian-friendly alleyways, stadium entrances and more, this new bollard design is made from schedule 40 steel pipe covered in an HDPE plastic bollard cover.

Our Collapsible Bollards are easy to use and quick to install. Whether it’s the 4” option or 6” option, base plate installation can be done in a matter of minutes. Once installed, the bollard can be dropped down in seconds by removing the lock, lifting the bollard an inch, and leaning it down to the ground. When down on the ground, the highest piece of the bollard system will be 6.5” tall, allowing service vehicles, trucks, and vans to clear it with ease.
